To accommodate your busy lifestyle, I provide flexible scheduling options including evenings and weekends. Managing this flexibility requires careful advance planning, and during peak periods, I often reach full capacity and must decline new bookings. When you reserve a session, I hold that time slot specifically for you and organise my entire schedule around confirmed appointments. This commitment sometimes means declining other potential clients who request the same time.
I completely understand that life happens – schedules change, emergencies arise, and both people and dogs can become unwell. To ensure I can continue offering this personalised, flexible service to all my clients, please review the cancellation policy outlined below before booking.
Behaviour Modification and Training Sessions
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the confirmed booking.
Cancellations made from two weeks to 48 hours before the confirmed booking will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the confirmed booking will be charged the full amount.
Boarding and Day Care
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the confirmed booking.
Cancellations made less than two weeks before the confirmed booking will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%.
