Cancellation Policy

I offer flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet your training needs and to fit around busy lifestyles. This involves careful planning and can mean I have to turn clients away during busy times. With that in mind, please take a moment to read the cancellation policy below. I keep your appointment for you and plan my schedule accordingly. I understand that plans change, people and dogs get ill etc, however, missed appointments and cancellations result in more admin and loss of income for my business.

Behaviour Modification and Training Sessions

• For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the confirmed booking.

• Cancellations made from two weeks to 48 hours before the confirmed booking will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the confirmed booking will be charged the full amount.

Boarding and Day Care

• For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the confirmed booking.

• Cancellations made less than two weeks before the confirmed booking will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the confirmed booking will be charged the full amount.
